Hi from Shawnetha
Wow, I think I have finally got signed on here! Sorry for the late introduction. My name is Shawnetha Smith. I am 20 years old and I have just started my junior year here at EKU. I live in Rockcastle County, specifically in Mt. Vernon. I commute here all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Wednesday night for this class. My major is Special Education LBD and Elementary Education. I can't wait to teach! Here are some things about me...I am engaged to a wonderful guy I have been dating for six years this September. I enjoy spending my extra time with him, my family, and my many pets. My favorite things to do are go to the movies, watch TV (I love Grey's Anatomy, The Young and the Restless, and Two and a Half Men!), and play Guitar Hero. It's the only X-Box 360 game I know how to play :-) I am very excited to be in this class with you all. I think it will be a class that will really help me learn more about the students I will teach one day. I look forward to getting to know everyone and learning from one another.

Hey. I was just wondering if you knew my roommate Renee Taylor. She if from Mt Vernon and is a junior at EKU also. Just wondering!!
Yes I do know her. We went to school together. There's only one school in Rockcastle County, lol, so ya pretty much know everybody.
