Could someone tell me what I missed the first 30 minutes of class last Wednesday? I was late due to not having a sitter for my son. I want to make sure I don't miss anything important. Thanks!
Hey April! The best I can remember the first part of class Mrs. White introduced herself and then we introduced ourself. During Mrs. White's introduction she breifly talked to us about the differences in teachers who care about their students and want them to learn and those who are basically just there for a paycheck and could care less about their students. Hope that helps you a little ?!?
April.... Michelle is right all I can remember Mrs. White speaking of was her introduction of herself and the 2 different kinds of teachers. The teachers she is speaking of is one that just teaches for a paycheck or one that does not care if some kids learn or not. The other kind of teacher is the one that goes above a beyond and does everything in his or her power to make sure all of their students understand and learn the material. I tried to add a little more, she also spoke of not coming in the day off and letting her know that you could not due the assignment because of a problem. She told us that if we had a good reason not an excuse then to call her ahead of time or email her and let her know.
