I enjoyed class
last night too. I just find it rather hard to distinguish which experiences in each model. For example we as groups came up with a different model for each video clip. Some where easier than others, but it's your opinion or what you see as a person that your seeing occur.

Did Chomsky, Skinner, Bruner, Halladay and Bloom all agree? Why not?
Do you think there is only ONE way children develop language?
Do you think ALL children develop language in the same way?
I think that multiple theory's could be right on each video clip. All the theorist have focused on there set theory and published the findings. It is our job to utilize the findings of all the studies collectively when observing developement.
I think that the ideas of all theorists were right, I believe all children develop language in different ways. I followed Skinner's theory more though, his seemed like it fit with most children.
I agree with Tarah. That all children develop language in their own way and on their own time schedule. I believe that you can most certainly see any one of the theory's in any video of a child using language.
I agree as well, language after all is about the constant learning and bulding of many skills. How could we not see multiple theories in multiple videos. As Sharon said it is our job to utilize the findings collectively when observing development.
