Thank you to each of you who took the time to pray for my husband and me. The CAT scan showed no blockage. The abdominal pain and other issues he was having were the result of medication. Once they removed the tube from his stomach, changed the medicine and started feeding him again through his mouth rather than the IV he was able to keep food down and everything started working well. Although we spent our anniversary at the hospital yesterday he was released and able to come home today. Now to see if we can get him to and regain some weight!! Here's a picture from our summer fishing trip in Wisconsin. I'm praying for a repeat trip in July of 09!!

I truly believe Virgil is alive today because people prayed. I appreciate any and everyone who wishes to pray or share his name with a Bible Study or church group to do so.
That is awsome Mrs. White! I am very glad your week eneded a lot better than it started! I have said this before, but I want to let you now once again, I really appreciate your commitment throughout this semester even through your troubles.
I am also so happy for you that he is doing much better! And I agree with what Miller said, you have showed true commitment to this class. Everyone in the class is very lucky to have a teacher that is willing to do extra just to help us learn.
God is good, and I am thankful that we are able to express it.
The faith of a mustard seed is not much, but look at the results.
I to am glad that the week ended better than it started.
I am so happy that he is doing okay, I will keep praying for your family!!
Mrs. White,
I am so happy to hear that your husband is doing well! I have prayed for you and your family, and I will continue to keep you in my prayers. I also want to say thank you for being the wonderful person that you are. You have so many things going on in your life, but you are still so dedicated to preparing lessons and coming to class and teaching us. You go far beyond what most professors would do. I really admire you. May God bless you and your husband with many more anniversaries and fishing trips to come!
I guess I should have checked the blog sooner! I'm glad your husband is okay...I wondered last week how he was.
